Designed to fit all common keg spear types, they provide a clear visual seal that shows whether a container has been opened or interfered with before use.
Made from durable, food-grade polypropylene, each cap includes a tear-off strip for tamper evidence and supports up to five-colour branding through high-speed in-mould labelling (IML). Available in three sizes and a wide range of colours and manufactured from virgin or fully recycled plastic materials, our caps can be applied manually or using automated machinery and are fully recyclable as standard.

Sizes & Compatibility
Our tamper-evident caps are available in three standard sizes: 63mm, 70mm, and 75mm, designed to suit a wide range of keg spears used across the brewing industry. Each size is precision-moulded to ensure consistent sealing performance and ease of use, whether applied by hand or through automated systems.
Spear Compatibility:
- A-Type – Flat Spears
- S-Type – Sankey Spears
- G-Type – Tri-Lobe Spears
Application Options:
- Manual application: Quick and secure press-fit by hand
- Automated application: Compatible with standard application machinery used in high-volume filling lines
