Our tamper-evident caps are available in four standard sizes: 63mm, 70mm, 75mm, and 81mm — designed to suit a wide range of keg spears used across the brewing industry. Each size is precision-moulded to ensure consistent sealing performance and ease of use, whether applied by hand or through automated systems.

Spear Compatibility:

• A-Type – Flat Spears
• S-Type – Sankey Spears
• G-Type – Tri-Lobe Spears

Application Options:

• Manual application: Quick and secure press-fit by hand
• Automated application: Compatible with standard application machinery used in high-volume filling lines

Colour Options

Our tamper-evident caps are available in a wide selection of colours to support brand visibility, batch identification, and operational efficiency. All pigments are food-contact safe and suitable for use in brewing environments.

Packaging & Sustainability

All caps are packed in cartons of 1,000 and manufactured using recyclable, food-grade polypropylene. We focus on high-efficiency moulding to reduce material waste and support sustainability goals across the brewing supply chain.

Our IML printing also eliminates the need for secondary labels or adhesives — helping keep the caps fully recyclable and clean for end-of-life processing.
